HIGLY REFINED WORKOUTS.
The most martial arts themed workout of Warrior 20XX. Excellent for developing hand speed, shoulder strength, hip rotation and legs for powerful kicks.
Even if you are not into martial arts yourself, all of these are just natural human movement patterns that will be effective for everyone and improve your universal performance.
We will use dumbbells to systematically demolish the shoulders, back, chest, core and legs.
Compared to the bodyweight workouts, this workout is a lot more isolative and targets the different body parts very thoroughly.
Although this workout is for beginners, it will be surprisingly gruesome for everyone.
You will develop functional strength in your hips, legs, shoulders and upper back so you can carry heavy loads like a real farmer could. Your grip strength should also improve.
This one is full body workout at level 100! You will be using your entire body with various bodyweight movements to get your heart rate up and keep it there.
Expect to build a great amount of full body strength and mobility but to also truly start to improve cardiovascular health and conditioning to a high level.
Warrior walk starts to get more technical than the previous workouts but the benefits are also amazing.
You will be emphasizing the core and posterior chain more than usual in this workout without forgetting the shoulders.
This is where the kettlebell starts to show its strengths. You will be moving and utilizing the kettlebell like a real ninja. The movements are technical but also highly functional.
The exercise selection is special and unique far from the typical workouts you see in the gym. Expect your core to become your strongest asset after mastering this workout.
Vortex, oh Vortex, this workout should annihilate the core musculature.
Your core will be bending, twisting, rotating and stabilizing like never before. Expect massive gains in your athletic ability after mastering this workout.
THIS IS SPARTA! Yep, this workout includes the notorious "Spartan kick" as an effective exercise.
Otherwise, this is not a martial arts themed workout (although immensely beneficial for martial arts) and instead is designed to develop your physique and will to match the level of an ancient Spartan warrior.

In addition to this, every workout has 2 additional "championship rounds" if you need to increase the difficulty of the workout.
Both males and females are welcome. So are people of all ages and body types.
Not an issue. Bodyweight workouts alone will give you the results you are looking for but we highly recommend getting an adjustable set of dumbbells – they are very inexpensive and easy to find.
You can easily replace the kettlebells with dumbbells.
It's also possible to replace the dumbbells with two water bottles since the workouts tend to use lighter weights
